The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE set forth below. Your use of this site or purchase from Foxies Barra Havoc indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Foxies Barra Havoc reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

Foxies Barra Havoc is the service provider; it is also referred to as "Foxies", "us" and "we".

Customer is the person or organisation who purchases or seeks services from Foxies Barra Havoc; it is also referred to as "you".

PAYMENT

For on-line orders, accepted payments include credit cards (Visa/ Master card ONLY), direct debit and cheque.  If you select to pay by direct debit or cheque, please print out and fax the checkout form, at the completion of your order, to Foxies Barra Havoc on (07) 4157 3238 or post to Foxie's Barra Havoc, 69B Mulgrave street Gin Gin QLD 4671.

The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from Foxies Barra Havoc until the full amount is paid.

SHIPPING

We will process orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Foxies Barra Havoc sends most products Via Express Post (Australia Post). We will only ship goods once payment in full has been received and cleared in our account. We will normally ship goods within 2 working days after payment has been received. Goods normally take 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your address. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Foxies Barra Havoc pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We will endeavour to freight at the lowest possible prices to your area, or we can quote a rate prior to dispatch.

In order to reduce costs and allow us to provide the lowest possible prices, we do not always hold stock of some of the items listed on the web site. Sometimes we may have a particular product shipped direct to you from our suppliers or there may be a delay if the supplier does not have any in stock. We will inform you ASAP by email or phone to what action you wish to take. 

We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by Foxies Barra Havoc.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Foxies Barra Havoc will make every effort to deliver on time.

Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. Cost for re-delivery attempts may be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.

RETURN AND REFUND

Returns for refund will only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving the goods. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable.

Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Foxies Barra Havoc within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery.
If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter.

Foxies Barra Havoc owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.

WARRANTY CLAIM

All goods sold by Foxies Barra Havoc come with a warranty to be free from any defects or faults. This warranty is not transferable.
Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. No refund can be provided under any circumstances.

Warranty only covers the item(s) sold by Foxies Barra Havoc.

A large percentage of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by us to not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer. We will seek the permission from the customer to charge this cost to the customer's credit card where possible. Failing this, the goods will be sent back by Australia Post COD freight collected. Foxies Barra Havoc also reserves the right to charge the labour cost for examining these goods where no fault was found.

All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, misinstalled, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged.
Please attach a copy of the original invoice or provide the original invoice number. A detailed fault description sheet must be sent together with all the returning warranty goods.
Customer is responsible for any shipping and insurance cost involved in sending the warranty claim goods back to Foxies Barra Havoc.
Foxies Barra Havoc is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Foxies Barra Havoc.

DISCLAIMER

Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability, and price stability we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
